Delivery
All items are handmade slight variations will occur; sizes and measurements are approximate.
Most items are made to order. Please allow:
3-4 weeks for despatch of silver items
5-6 weeks for despatch of gold items
Please contact if you have a deadline as it is often possible to deliver sooner.
Bespoke, large or complex pieces may take longer, Hannah will quote the time frame during consultation.
Free delivery within the UK, via Royalmail, parcels will need to be signed for on receipt.

Returns
Online shop sales may be returned for refund or exchange within two weeks of receipt of purchase (December purchases can be exchanged until 15th January). If you require a refund or exchange please make sure to notify Hannah within this two week period and return the item as soon as possible using a secure, insured shipping service. Returned items must be unworn and in the same condition to which they were sent. Return postage is paid by the customer. Commissions and customised orders are usually non-returnable and non-refundable, refunds will only be offered at Hannah's discretion and if the item is found to be faulty. When ordering rings or bangles it is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct size. If you are unsure of the size required it is recommended to get measured at a local jewellers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an ordered item please contact Hannah within 14 days of receipt of the item. Any issues will be addressed and rectified as quickly as possible.
